Shop Policies

Returns:

Camp Castle accepts returns/exchanges if customer pays return shipping plus the shipping for the new item, if applicable. Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. Items must be in new condition.

No returns on sale items, custom orders, or personalized items unless damaged, in which case replacement item(s) will be sent. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of purchase. Contact hello@campcastleplaymats.com with your order number to process returns.

Damaged Items: You must submit record of any damage within 15 days of receiving the item. Email hello@campcastleplaymats.com with photos of the damage, and if there are any damages to the packaging, pictures of those as well.

Shipping:

Items ship out within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Shipping time is longer during the holiday season (October-January) and during sales. An email is sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready to ship, including tracking information.
